  • ADDED support for running old desktop apps on the new desktop!
  • FIXED rare issue with misconfiguring boot.ini when old computer has two physical drives
  • FIXED BootLoaderIncompatability mis-detection due to time out being too short for Vista/Win7 guest.
  • FIXED issue with log rotation if ZinstallEx.log got too big
  • CHANGED now showing whether machine is running or not in the tooltip
  • CHANGED Start menu guest app shortcuts on host are now included in the root of the start menu with a "Z^ " prefix
  • FIXED race condition with XP firewall auto-configuration
  • ADDED Desktop guest shortcuts are now integrated into the host desktop as well ( with a "Z^ " prefix )
  • FIXED issue with storage discovery failing to discover new storages if a storage ( e.g. usb flash drive ) was removed in the middle of a discovery iteration
  • ADDED Advanced config dialog to HostUtility, currently has GuestApps config page that allows configuring whether to run the apps in guest or host and allows add/remove of desktop and start menu shortcuts
  • FIXED issue with doing doPostFineTuning on the base vmdk instead of the most current snapshot - this could've caused minor/major FS corruption
  • FIXED issue with running out of drive letters because imdisk mounts volume to drive letters during adjusting. Now mounts volumes to temp dirs
  • ADDED advanced snapshots page for creating/reverting to latest snapshot
  • ADDED advanced general page for SyncZPOD, Exit
  • FIXED issue with WMI failure to enumerate netwrok adapter during precondition not being properly reported to user
  • FIXED shutdown/restart/log off in guest being delayed for 7-10 seconds.
  • FIXED rare issue mis-detection of host running out of RAM
  • FIXED issue with failure to re-start the SuprtFetch service in a timely manner causing migration to fail
  • CHANGED Now using Named pipes for local IPC instead of TCP sockets. This drastically reduces chances of firewalls preventing us from working properly.
