I just want to take a moment to thank you for the extraordinary support you provided in helping me transfer my old computer into the new one. One of the things that was holding me back from getting a new computer was the fear of losing the stuff on the old computer if I tried to transfer it myself.  So I went online to research how to do this and came across reviews of Zinstall.  They were almost all positive (which is pretty rare), so I decided to go with your product.  I was hoping it would work as easily as you descriptions said it would - and it did until the very, very last bit of the migration, when it failed because of corrupted files on the old machine - nothing to do with your software.  Your Support was very good at communicating with me.  After trying a couple of fixes you sent and a lengthy remote session that failed to correct the problem, I expected you to tell me my computer was trashed and you would be refunding my money.  That was not the case.  The price of the product could not have come close to covering the amount of time you put into making this work.  I have never seen anyone come close to the level of customer service you provide.  Kudos to James W. for all of his hard work and patience with my lack of computer skills.

I am now able to switch back and forth between the old system and the new at the touch of a mouse button. I'm taking my time finding my way around Windows 7 and still have the ability to find all my old stuff in the other system.  Your product takes away all the anxiety.  I think anyone who has average or lower computer skills or experience would do well to consider this product.

Your product is working flawlessly and I wouldn’t hesitate to give Zinstall my highest recommendation.  Thanks again for all you’ve done.
